The last 2 months

So yes, a reader reminds me that it’s been 2 months since my last blog post! gosh, the longest silence. Have been meaning to write, but

1. hardly had the chance to

2. whenever i had the chance to, there were the 101 backlogged deadlines (yet to be met) that somehow made me feel guilty to not work on them.

For those of you who know me personally, you know what a year it’s been!

For those of you who’ve yet to know me personally, well since March this year, there’s been HUGE personal life upheavals of the grandest kind.

In short, here’s an update

- Mar31 : Handed in the Phd Thesis

- Mar31 – ongoing : huge upheaval in the romantic life

- End june, shortly after the last post : University informs that my Thesis Defense happens in 3 weeks.
(All social life ends, blog-writing stops, all deadlines get neglected)

- 1 week before the scheduled Defense : University postpones it to mid Aug.

- End July (1 week after the original Defense date) : organised the event “Deepening & Widening Interfaith: A post-film conversation between Faith & LGBT Communities” held at the YMCA. [Yes will be blogging on this next!]

- Mid Aug – Defense!!!
Passed!!! =D

- Now: meeting the avalanche of backlogged deadlines & meeting with all the friends whom I’ve been neglecting & still nice enough to wanna celebrate with me!

- This Sunday 29th Aug : Moving house. Moving in with the Significant Other. Yes, my friends, now that am permanently damaged in the head, am gonna try for the happy-ever-after, till-death-do-we-part!
